Ahhhh yes… the great feeling of solid relief. Nothing is more welcome after a weekend of complete stress and turmoil. Yup.. finally finished that ridiculous HK order, with less than 30 minutes to spare before the sea freight company came to pick everything up. A solid two weeks, plus an entire weekend of nonstop hustle, and an incredibly rushed morning. Good job team. I’m proud of you all.

Anyway, other than all that craziness that ensued, today was a rather good day! We got everything done, I finished up a gang of paperwork, and Mr Berty Bert came back from Europe, and swung by the office to visit. Drank a Corona to celebrate, then I had to leave and roll back to LA and meet my roomies at our new pad to sign the lease and officially begin our contract =) Everything went smoothly, discussed a few concerns and questions we had with the owner, and then the girls started moving some things in while I checked around the house to start planning where to put the TV, couches, and what needed replacing like some doorknobs and lightbulbs. Also started planning out my own room, like where I would mount the TV on the wall, where my bed and desk would go, and what color I would paint the walls and ceiling =). I’m excited to finally move in! Hopefully, everything will be moved in by the end of the weekend, so we can start planning out our SICK SICK housewarming party! Woooooooooo!

Afterwards, I was hungry as hell since I didn’t eat any solid food all day, living off meal replacement shakes and a few triscuits as sustenance LOL. Soooo, since my new place is super close to a Vons, I did a little grocery shopping. Definitely not a good idea to do such a thing when you’re starving though lol. Spent somewhere near 110 dollars on random, but healthy eats =) Got back to my current apartment, and cooked up a little dinner consisting of a lemon-herb chicken breast and a cajun marinated salmon fillet. Add a little dollop of fresh pesto for the chicken, wash it all down with a glass of tropical punch, and you have one great, simple, and quick meal hahah.

Sorry for the crappy picture.. iPhone no worky when there’s low lighting hahah.

At least that meal’s a helluva lot healthier than what I had late night two nights ago with Allen and Francis at Hodori..

Naeng Myun, an order of Kalbi, and some spicy calamari. BLOWAAAAAGE.

Hope you all have a great week! I know I sure will =)
Next post, I’ll try to post up some pictures of the new pad!

Till next time,

Charlie.

Yep. Still at work, crammed with a HUGE order that I need to make sure goes out tomorrow. We’re currently about 50% done, and still hustling hard despite this ridiculous heat inside the warehouse. Eating a nice big bowl of shaved ice, or going swimming right now sounds perfect. Anyone want to be a hero and bring me shaved ice? =)

..

.

Guess not LOL =( I’ll just stare at this picture of shaved ice I ordered in Ktown a few weeks back to cool me down..

Mmmmm… so good.

Alright, this’ll probably be the last you hear from me for the new day or two. I end today with a little web comic my big sis Gail sent me randomly a few days ago =)

So true.

Yes. Yes it was. It indeed was a crazy Friday night.

So, nothing really interesting happened throughout the day. Well, we did get a little somethin somethin from our boys Staxx down in SD, but I can’t release that information/pictures until later on this week =) But for sure, you’ll all be excited about this one. Extremely limited, so right when we release it, grab one before they’re gone!

Anyway, I left the office at 7:30 to go to my good friend Christina (aka Beb)’s Birthday party at 3355 in La Habra. Luckily I checked the traffic report before leaving though.. the 60E had a huge accident, and was jammed all the way, so I ended up taking local streets there, which saved a fair amount of time. Never been to 3355 though, so I had no idea where it was. Luckily I found it pretty easily, and when I got there, only a few people were there already, including Beb. So to start things off, we ordered some korean fried chicken, some shrimp fried rice, and two HUGE “pitcher” bottles of Hite, as well as a few bottles of Soju. All took a Birthday shot, then grubbed some. Afterwards, more and more people started showing, and that’s when things got mad fun LOL. Not too much to say about the goings-on of the night, but I’ll just keep it simple and say that there was a LOT of shots going down, a bottle of Hennessy and Grey Goose empty within 10 minutes, and a hilarious drunken Beb before 11:30 LOL. Also nice though, since a lot of my s2000 homies that I haven’t seen forever came too, and I finally got to kick it with them again. Also my close friends Jon and his girlfriend Judy came, as well as Sam and his girl too, and I haven’t seen or kicked it with them for over a year now! Good times. Good times. Ended up getting home around 5AM, and knocked out until around 11AM.
